Hotel Keluarga di Perpignan

"Perfect stay!"

"Excellent customer service! Rooms are not quite like the pictures and anything that touches water ie toilet, shower, hot tub all smelled. Had to run the tub once to get all the nasty smell out and smell came fronts"

"Parking was not available, good thing that parking is free from 6 pm Friday until Monday morning in the city. The neighborhood is still developing, one needs to walk towards the river bank where there is life"

"Perfect for a short stay. Located on the edge of the old town. Great value with breakfast option"

"Very clean hotel and great value for money"

"Les lits étaient vraiment trop.mous . Le reste était bien. Hotel tranquille bien situé"

"Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und nettem Pool."

"Large clean room, good shower and bath space. Quiet room and good location with a number of restaurants closeby. Very good breakfast options. Air conditioned rooms."

"The property was fine for the price. The location is excellent, but you cannot take Uber there given it’s more of an alley location. But that ended up not being a big problem. Be careful though on check yet. The written communication is a bit vague. If you get there from 3 PM to 8 PM there is a guard that lets you in with no problem. "The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise if you like cockroaches is the perfect place. Plus many others... They will not have me again!"

"Great central location. Friendly, helpful staff and room very clean. Breakfast was basic but ok."

"Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Aragon Perpignan. Bad in every possible way. Very poor manners from the staff from the moment we arrived. The bathroom lights were not working properly, and we were given only one towel for two people for two days. We had to repeatedly ask for more towels. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. We had prepaid for breakfast, and when we arrived exactly at closing time (10:30), the employee showed us her phone displaying 10:31 after...

"Room was very very small, only about 20cm around every bed, very tight for 3 people. Location was good, very basic. Staff don’t answer messages on hotels.com unfortunately, so wasn’t the best for communication."

"Bruit horrible dans les couloirs jusqu’à 23h. Pourtant notifié « endroit calme » Même pas une serviette pour s’essuyer les mains dans la chambre. Le matelas pas confortable du tout, très dur, l’oreiller trop plat. Nous ne reviendrons pas"
