"A gorgeous resort, on a beautiful private stretch of beach, in a lovely part of Cape Cod. The facility is breathtaking, the service is exquisite and all staff members whom we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderfully appointed, their restaurants and bar were wonderful and the lounge featured live entertainment. This was one of our best stays ever. We can’t wait to return to The Mansion at Ocean Edge!"

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv....

"It is what it is. The hotel / motel is older. The towels need to be replaced ASAP definitely was not a fan of that and the rooms just need a refresh. The cost is what it is. Loved that they were so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was great just need a renovation o that way you feel like you can relax in the space. "

"Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason. Shower definitely needs to be cleaned...

"Parking was directly in front of the room and well lit at night. Room was nice, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was extremely clean while the towels need to be replaced. They weren't bad, just a little thin. Didn't really have any interaction with the staff other than the front desk, but the one house cleaner we did ask for something was extremely helpful and very very sweet! For the price, I would def come back! "

"This room was probably one of the cleanest “hotel” rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Thoroughly impressed with our space. Couldn’t have imagined a better view of the ocean, it was magical to see it at sunset, dark and sunrise. "We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."
