The staffs were super helpful at the self check-in. The hotel was right in downtown Seattle, with lots of places to explore. The experience here was spectacular and we would definitely book here again the next time we visit!"

Housekeeping are very friendly and quick to attend to what we needed. The night clerk staff 2 ladies were not welcoming. That needs improvement. The morning clerks were friendly. "
