"After coming to this location for more than two years they STILL do not have an operational ice machine. They have ice buckets in the rooms though. The refrigerators in the rooms don’t even have freezer compartments. Location is right off of the freeway which is a plus. The only staff person I have ever seen at this location is at check-in/check-out. "
