"We stayed in a ground floor lakeside apartment for a week in early June. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you needed from plates and cutlery to microwave and washer dryer. The weather was wet and cold when we were there so had to use the heating which worked well and their was plenty of hot water. "Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "Nice friendly staff, site very well kept, properties were a bit tired but nice and clean on arrival but no towels are supplied so suggest bringing your own, bed's are not made up and you are expected to strip them on the day you leave, the cooker was not easy to work as it was old and most of the marks on the dials had worn off. I would recommend staying here."

"Bedrooms a lot smaller than expected Double bed very small more like a three quarter bed and mattress very hard and uncomfortable both my husband and I are small but didn’t have much room to turn over and woke each other up when we moved and ached all over in the morning Several times we both nearly fell out of the bed The rest of the accommodation was satisfactory and clean "

"The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "
