"Great looking room small but we were only there for a very short time. The staff member was great, it was clean could have done with a bathmat and a could more towels.
The noise from other guests coming and going until 2.30. Noise from others showers interrupted the entire night. 1.45 sleep wasn’t good.
A bit of soundproofing would have helped.
Thankyou to the staff and quality of our room."

"After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it"
