Love the area, surrounded with parks ,waterways, eating places. Easy access to the city by bus. Will come back again if the price is right.

We received a confirmation email via Expedia. When we showed up at 7:15 at night, there was no one in the hotel to check us in. When we called a helpline in the lobby, they told us that they had canceled our reservation!! Apparently they wanted a confirmation of who we were, although we never were contacted and asked for that information, but used our Expedia information to make the reservation. I will never use them again.

Great facilities, close to restaurants and the footy. Easy transport to the city and surrounds with the free CAT buses right outside the hotel. Quiet and beautiful surrounds. A great stay!

Property was average accommodation however there was nothing in booking to say there’s no lifts in the older left side of property. Had to haul heavy luggage 2 flights of stairs (not happy).

This property is so conveniently located it makes accessing the city centre, Optus Stadium the train network, and so many other places a breeze. My studio apartment had most things. From a bottle opener to a microwave. The IGA across the road was very well stocked with and immense variety of foodstuffs to homemade dishes. I’m defs staying here next time I come.

Clean, great value and some fantastic dining options close by. Loved the pool. On the free bus loop as well. Only comment I would make is AC in room a little dated and therefore was very noisy. Would stay again

Lovely place, only negatives we had was the small bed, only a double & no air cond in the bedroom. Unable to sleep in 40 deg heat will only a fan but otherwise great place.

We liked the stay but make sure you request no stairs if you have any difficulty. Some on the 2nd and 3rd floors have stair access only. Most have lift access.

Absolutely appalling. My partner and i booked a night here after flying in from 3 weeks at work. Only to arrive to check in and be told our booking was cancelled for who knows what reason, as the money had already been taken from my bank account. The staff member on the other side of the entrance phone was rude, unhelpful and told me they had tried to contact me multiple times that day- which i had not received a single text, call or email. She then abruptly ended the conversation leaving us on the street with no place to stay for the night. Our money still has not been refunded. Ive never seen or heard of anything like it.

Large rooms and good size bathroom. Pool looked great unfortunately no time to try this time. Close to cafe for breaky and pub for dinner. Beds and pillows really comfy. Not sure why the shower was full of sand but a quick rinse it was fine! Will stay again.

Very easy to get to East Perth Suites, particularly on public transport (on the Yellow Cat bus). First impressions are good. There is a pink art theme running throughout. The front desk staff were very friendly. I loved the pool and garden area. It was clean and had a nice ambiance. There are BBQ facilities (I didn't use them though) which look to be well maintained. We had an apartment with a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Cleanliness was pretty good, although there was a hair in the bath that wasn't mine. Maintenance of the walls was needed as there was unused hooks on the walls which detracted from the aesthetics of our room. The art fits with the theme of the suites, although the framing could be upgraded to give a nicer look. We had a nice stay and would visit again.

Convenient, clean and tidy. Staff were nice. Road facing suite was a bit noisy from traffic, but to be expected. Cove facing ones are probably quieter. Fridge didn't have a shelf and there wasn't a tray for the oven, but the pool was great and had a nice view. Perfect for a chilled mid week stay and handy for the Optus stadium.

Es war eine sehr schöne Gegend und tagsüber ruhig. Da in der näheren Umgebung 2-3 Restaurants und Bars sind wird es am Abend und am Wochenende sehr lebhaft.

The property is not bad and the location is good. Reception staff not that friendly. The photos show that the room comes with the canal/river view for the standard room. However, the photos are misleading. When we got there we got a standard room with street view. Went to speak to the staff about it, got told it’s not their problem and we needed to take it up with Expedia.
