The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and well presented and the room was neat, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend visiting and I will be staying again next time I’m looking for a hotel.

Very old and worn property. Car park is extra and surface is a bit tricky with luggage. Shower was underpowered and taps difficult to use if you have weak hands.

Rooms and hotel lobby are showing age, but they are spacious and comfortable, the aircon is set at one temperature so cannot adjust yourself found it a bit too cold, otherwise I enjoyed my stay and the staff were friendly.

No dining restaurant, or a proper lounge environment. It should be a 'bed & breakfast' type of place. The hotel should include breakfast if guests wanted it, rather then charging $25 for buffet, which, not many people wanted a heavy breakfast.

The check-in was easy after a late flight from the East Coast. Courteous staff and helpful. Free parking behind the building. The room was old, outdated and felt a bit grimy. No coffee making facilities in room or fridge. Could hear water all night via plumbing in other rooms.

The hotel was adequate for what we needed. The room was dated but clean. Management could probably save many dollars by reducing the overall temperature of the rooms; we had the cooling running most of the time - and this in winter. The bar/restaurant was closed during our stay and we had to cross the road to another hotel for breakfast. I'm guessing this is due to a general shortage of staff in the hospitality sector and/or economies of scale - only need 1 kitchen operating. This didn't bother us but less mobile guests might have an issue crossing what can be a busy 4-lane road. We stayed here because our normal go-to city hotel was full due to major sporting events, but this stay was good value and we would return.
