No apology, no "thanks for letting us know, we will look into it", zero acknowledgment or concern for safety - the focus was only on their policy. Unreal. Will never stay at this hotel again or this chain for that matter. Surprised Expedia didn't do more either."

"Not only is this a delightful heritage home, but the hosts, Rob and Liisa are wonderfully welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic. Lanark is a bit of a backwater, but Perth is nearby with an abundance of places to eat and shop. We highly recommend Clyde Hall!"
