A large portion of this hotel's business seems to be fly in fly out workers and as such they get priority. We were told to turn down our television at 8 pm when it wasn't overly loud. The location downtown was safer than I had expected. Having 7/11 and McDonald's within 2 blocks was very convenient. Most bus and train options can be reached within 2 blocks from the hotel as well.
