"The power went off from 12am-5am. They told my husband over the phone when he called to confirm our reservation on a Friday. I usually bring my CPAP machine when I travel and I didn’t because of the power outage being scheduled. And I therefore had a bad nights sleep along with my husband. We went to the theatre and got back to the inn after 11:00. We weren’t ready to go to bed at 12:00 when it went off. "Our stay was great. Check in and check out were so fast, there was no line. They greeted us with warm cookies which was such a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check in as we had a wedding to get to. Parking was $30 and when we returned to the hotel the lot was full, I thought for sure they were going to tell us we would have to find other parking but they instead gave us permission to park right outside the front doors. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Great stay!"

"This is a vintage property with renovations so the suites are unique. Ours was a 1 bedroom with pullout couch and quite roomy. The bathroom was very old European. But the location of the property was excellent with terrific shopping and restaurants nearby. The Stratford Festival Theatre was within walking distance. We had a nice stay."
