"Hotel in a great location. Easy to get to with ample paid parking around the hotel. The only flaws with our stay was the clogged drain in the shower which resulted in the entire bathroom area getting flooded. Having advised reception of this they said they were unable to swap rooms as the property was fully booked and no other alternative was provided. Lucky we had another family member staying in the room next us so we were able to shower there. Apparently the hotel doesn't have a handyman...

"Being privately owned apartments we never get anything like the advertised apartment. For a basic 1 night stay it was passable. But it had a 60lt electric hot water storage system, great for one shower. Wait 30 minutes and the next person can enjoy a shower and so on. When sold as a 2 bedroom apartment it can sleep up to 6 people. The TV was smaller than my computer screen at home big fail! Cigarette odours from the curtains and several small maintenance problems. No baggage racks,...

"I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been."
