Everyone we met on the staff at the front desk, restaurants/bars, and on the maid service were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We felt absolutely pampered! "Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist schon sehr laut, aber diese kann man ausstellen. Immer wenn wir im Zimmer waren, haben wir die Klimaanlage ausgestellt. Mir persönlich ist das auch zu kalt. Das Hotel ist an einer Straße gelegen und man hört die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite nahe der Straße). "Highly recommended this hotel. It was in a peaceful location but within easy walking distance of the main sites of Venice. Our room was large, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and all of their recommendations were excellent. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Venice!"
