They let you know they are not associated, though you have to walk through to get to your room sometime. We were trying to get a water taxi to the airport and had it booked but at the last minute, they said it needed to be in Euro cash. Research in social media said they would do CC but preferred cash. We didn't have euros left, and they wanted $250 dollars for a 160 euro ride. The hotel staff...

"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "

"It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!"
