"Not great value for the price. The hotel had clearly been recently redone in some areas, so parts of it looked very nice aesthetically, but a lot of things didn’t feel very functional. The marble shower, updated sinks, and small kitchenette in the room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with a nice TV setup. "Pleasant room. Though I wish I wasn’t in the back right next to the back stairwell. WiFi is very decent-consider having security code in place. There was a gap in the wooden blinds and unable to fully bring it down. Please fix or consider curtains for total blackout. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent however coffee maker broke ?? Will consider staying there again."

"One bed had blood spots on the bedding, which was gross and should have been caught before check-in. The walls were also very thin, and I could clearly hear crying, loud thumping, and almost everything happening in the rooms next door. The biggest problem was the thin white blinds with no blackout curtains. The outside hotel lights shined into the room all night and made it hard to sleep. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time I’m in town."

"The room was very nice everything looks new, carpet, bathroom, furniture and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk person had to answer the phone when we checked in and she even put it on hold to finish with me, very professional and appreciated. Breakfast in the morning good. "

"We got the king suit which was the last room on the 3rd floor that’s next to the water. You could on occasion hear the sea lions but they were not so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Hardly bothered us at all. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean with great staff. Overall a great stay and would comeback! Also the trolley stops right in front of the BW, super convenient to go into town."
