Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. "I was very skeptical to stay here after reading all of the negative reviews, but we had a great stay. There were a few small things like some stains on the wall but sheets and towels were clean, and the view from our balcony was perfect which was the whole reason I booked there in the first place ! "The steps on the stairs are metal bars - like at a ski resort. They are treacherous and my 60 lb dog refused to go down them. I had to carry her down 2 flights and I knew I couldn't be doing that safely in the dark. Luckily they had one first floor room available for $100 more. (plus the $30 pet fee I'd already paid.) This room was a king, w/hot tub out on a teeny deck with unsafe wooden steps. The room wasn't as nice as the original one, no wifi info, TV dying. No peephole in the door. (My dog...

"Please note that ocean view is partial for most all rooms with exception to maybe rooms on the fourth and fifth floors and on the south side of the building. We were placed on the third floor on the north side of the building and most of our view was of the tops of the restaurant building and the hotel on the beach. Parking is extremely tight, so if you have a large vehicle, you may have to park a bit of ways to get to the hotel. The hot tub was by reservation only and you had to reserve at 8 am...
