"I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. "They didn’t have place we originally rented ready, got moved to a cabin, stayed in 102, very out dated. The tub doesn’t drain, when taking a shower your feet sit in a water pool. The curtains are stained & ripped. The front door doesn’t shut all the way & lets a draft in. The heater is a wall floor heater & the curtains dangle over it, the curtains were really hot, had to tie them up to make sure they didn’t catch fire. Beds were comfortable tho. "

"This motel’s biggest draw was its proximity to the beach! Just 6 short blocks to the coast to walk the miles of sand and see the huge surf! Staff was friendly and the tea/coffee at the check-in area was appreciated. Clean room but noisy with all the dogs barking and the doors that automatically slammed shut unless you closed them softly yourself. Bare bones but great value and beach access."

"Wow, what a great place to stay. We had the two bedroom with deck on the ground floor. Beautiful ocean view with stairs going down to the beach. Very nice neighborhood with houses around the hotel. Updated interior with a fireplace. Bathroom was amazing with walk in shower. Parking was great, right by the front door. "

"Room was spotless, very nice ocean view. The king bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. The whirlpool tub was such a nice amenity to warm you in cold rainy weather. Great location, access to Mo's Restaurant and the ocean beaches."

" Everything is old and well worn in the unit twenty five. There is not enough utensils for 4 people. It has a great view but the balcony connects the whole floor so you can’t leave your slider open at night to hear ocean and sometimes little kids like to run the length of balcony so they are running past your room. "

"The ocean view was great. There was new flooring in the room since we stayed in january. They need to do other improvements but it all is workable. We'll stay there again. "

"The carpet had stains and rice specs that was never vacuumed up from the previous guest. The phone had disgusting brown stains soaked into it. I moved to another room and the bedroom mattress pad cover to the boxspring was taped with clear tape and had hairs all over it absolutely disgusted. I only slept with a sheet and I don’t even think I slept. Staff on the other hand was very friendly. If I purchased this stay directly with the hotel instead of Expedia, you better believe I would’ve asked...
