This is a great location in Lincoln City. Some stairs but has good beach access. Building is a bit dated but very clean. Very reasonable rates.

We stayed here for the weekend at Surftides hotel it was very nice got a room facing the ocean side. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Their parking gets packed but it’s not too bad. Overall it was a very nice experience.

I had an amazing stay, I will definitely be back!! The room was even cuter in person, friendly helpful staff, wonderful bed and great energy!! I especially loved that even though I was on the first level, it was not directly on the beach it was built about 10-20 ft off the ground so people can't just walk past your room, and they have extra security for the slider. Thanks again!

LOVED this property! Staff is super friendly. Lots to do for kids. They have a game room and we loved playing the scavenger hunt game. Restaurant on site was good. Room was perfect with the BEST view.

It is a big property with beach access, pool and hot tub, restaurant, game room in lobby, and dvd’s that you can borrow from the front desk. Staff was helpful and pleasant and room was clean. This property is perfect for families on a beach vacation. Our room and bathroom were both very roomy. Coffee, fridge, and microwave make it even more economical.

Very nice clean room. Staff friendly. Enjoyed that you weren’t bothered by staff , just place dirty linens in their special bag outside door and replaced with clean very quickly. Just wish it would have been closer to the actual beach
