"Great views from the rooms."

"After reading the reviews, I was indecisive about whether I should go or eat the cost, but to my surprise, they are under the new management of Frank Hotels. The beds were dated, but very bouncy. The electric you could tell could use an upgrade, as the air fryer I brought with me, as well as the Keurig in the room, made the light above the kitchenette dim every time there was a load on the system. The Hot Tub was fantastic, though, for having a chlorine sensitivity, not having access to the hot tub except through the pool was harrowing for me. Those stairs to the beach, though, are no joke! All in all, except for parking, it was a great experience."

"The room had dingy walls, rusted heaters, bathtub was covered in soap scum, bathtub had hairs, bathroom sink didn’t drain, there was a pile of sand in the spa, the back patio had sticker briars growing through the cracks that scratched us when we got in the spa, bathroom shelf was rusty, there were other guests blasting music until 3 am, cars on the beach doing doughnuts and raving engines til 4am. We will not be staying here again and if I could get a refund I would. "

"When we checked in the pool and hot tub were closed. We were pretty upset, the manager upgraded us to a room with jetted tub. It was great. They did get the pool and hot tub opened the next day."

"I love how clean the room was and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the pool, hot tub and the sauna. Was a pretty good stay, highly recommend! "

"Amazing view of the ocean from our room on the third floor. Staff was very friendly and willing to help make our trip special- especially Brandi at the front who checked us in and out. The fire pits out back made it very cozy when the evenings brought the chill in. The breakfast had a lot of different food and drink options. If we go back to Lincoln City, we will definitely be booking again! "

"Staff was great, ocean view was perfect. Hotel room was not very clean and lacked good maintenance. The screen door came off, staff said it was due to the wind but the tracks were very rusted. Floor looked like it had not been moped, chair had stains, outdoor chair had bird poop and the tables were stained. There is no closet or dresser. We went to the restaurant and the server did not speak English which is fine but we waited 10 mins to order drinks and left. Tried the restaurant again for breakfast and the food was not good. Beach access and views were amazing!"

"Great staff! Very helpful, courteous. Room was clean, although my shower only had 2 settings that worked, power spray and dribble. So that was not ideal. But all in all good stay."

"I drove 2 hours and paid a few hundred follars for a room for 2 with a view, balcony, jacuzzi tub and as soon as i walked in with my son to check in i was told kids cant stay in there rooms, they canceled my reservation on the spot and was told sorry expedia is supposed to advertise these rooms are adult only. That was not advertised anywhere. Everywhere i called to reserve a room that day as it was a saturday late afteernoon and a busy weekend at the coast all hotels were booked out. "
