The balcony was a good size and we sat out there a lot. We will definitely stay there again!"

"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Parking was good. Room clean, but small. No drawers for clothing, no closet, no chairs, just tiny stools, hard to keep towels dry as there were no towel racks. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.OK for a day or two. When driving out from motel onto Highway 101, the South exit gives much better visibility of traffic during busy times."

Pros: Check-in staff were great and friendly Lobby was clean and bright and modern Room was clean - looks to have been remodeled recently Beds were wonderful and comfortable. View is incredible! "Commercially run hot tubs are limited by law at 104°. The tub was as hot as is legal. Parking is super easy. Beach access is easy if you can manage stairs. It’s an older hotel that’s done a decent job of keeping themselves relevant."

"Extremely steep, unsafe parking lot. Halls were dirty. Carpet squares peeling up causing tripping hazard. Room looked ok but halls and room doors scuffed and scratched like they haven't been painted in years. Overall appearance when walking in very shabby. Some of the guests gave me an uneasy feeling."

"Right on the beach, you only need to go down a few stairs. Indoor pool area was clean. Third floor is a lot of stairs if those such things bother you. Check in/out was super easy and nice front desk staff."
