"Not perfect but we had a nice stay."

"Amazing 25th Anniversary getaway 💕 The room was clean and the view was so beautiful. Nice bathrobes and the jetted tub overlooking the beach was so relaxing. We were greeted and quickly checked in by friendly front desk staff. There is plenty of onsite parking. One thing I had not realized was this is an adult only, no pet hotel; this did not affect our stay since it was just the two of us. It was so peaceful and quiet."

"We have gone to their sister property (Starfish Manor) almost every year for our anniversary for the last 8 years. This year we opted for Beachfront Manor to have less stairs to beach access. It was definitely not as nice and upkept as Starfish Manor, but it was a very good value for the lower price. "Peaceful"

"I left a water bottle in the room and didn't realize it until we were an hour down the road. The hotel either kept it or threw it away. I am back home, cleaned out the car, not here. I know I left it at the hotel, it was left on the table near the large windows, and I'm disappointed they didn't let me know they had it. I was going to send money to have it shipped home to me, but the hotel staff did not want to help me. I had to text 3 times to finally get a response that they threw it...

"I was traveling with a pet, which I pay a significant more amount of money more than others for that benefit. I was placed in a room that had a horrific stench at the moment you opened the door. I went down to the counter immediately and let them know, and they quickly changed my room. I went back upstairs, moved all my stuff to the new room only to find the carpeting was absolutely soaked. Not just slightly damp…. It was water pooling around each footstep. The room smelled cleaned at least so I...

"Room was clean but window frames dirty/moldy. Breakfast is grab and go but choices are ok, muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal, yogurt, granola bars, milk and juices. Beach view was wonderful. From top floor there are 77 steps to beach shore. Not too bad."

"This is our third time staying at Anchor Inn. We enjoy the complementary bottle of wine, multiple bed spaces and that it’s pet friendly. The in room mini fridge and microwave is nice too."
