"SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"We enjoyed our stay very much! We would definitely stay here again. Michelle, David, Jojo and Clinton were fantastic! They made the experience so much better! Only complaint is the food at the restaurant was not fantastic. Spa was great as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend!!!"

"Stayed on May 11th and 12th. Only one elevator worked and room was on the 10th floor. Waited too long for elevator access. Left room on Tuesday, May 12th at 9am and returned after 6 pm. No housekeeping service was conducted on room, spoke to front desk who stated mustve been a slip up, but housekeeping was done for the day. Did not provide any assistance, ie: I can get you clean towels if you like. Due to rain, water was pooled in front of my room door in a puddle from Tuesday through...

"1st floor room was perfect for me. I’m on a walker and a cane. The pool was not heated so I didn’t get in much. Loved the location and the staff. Great to have breakfast and not have to cook or go out. Will definitely be back, and Jeep parade on the beach was awesome. "

"Resturant was ok. A little pricey for what it was. Most of the resturant staff was not the friendliest, or attentive. Hotel and room were very clean, and well maintained. AC worked fantasticly. Towels and washcloths not the softest in the world. Didn't feel good on sun kissed skin. All in all, I would stay again just for the cleanliness and AC. Great Hotel overall. "

"Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. "
