"Room is big and clean. Convinience next to the mall. Only problem is that the room and bathroom has a smell ( a bit unpleasant). Not sure where it come from. "

"hotel kurang bersih, karpet kotor"

"No airport shuttle provided as booked the counter staffs started working after 10am not services at all"

"It was a great hotel very clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious but the walls needed a paint job for sure. The staff were less motivated room cleaning was always done closure to 5pm not ideal. But the swimming pool and gym was a good touch and location is great as you can get a cab to Sunway Pyramid easily."

"My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips"

"Nice hotel but wifi at 14 th dloor need to improve"

"Big room with a nice modern interior. Friendly staffs who are very helpful to guests Many restaurants and cafes nearby, easy access to malls and hospital"

"Good"

"Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...
