"The initial staff that was there at check in was amazing. Such great costumer service and so friendly. The staff that followed her shift was nice as well. The 2 desk staff that followed those shifts were just on their phones their entire shifts trying to hide them quickly when people walked by and weren’t as friendly or helpful. The hotel was under renovation so it wasn’t a pretty site but we were upgraded to a drive up room without asking free of charge which was nice. We found breakfast to...

"We found everything amazing except for one important item which was the pillows. We love having four pillows but they should have included two softer pillows along with the more firmer pillows that were provided. Other than that we had an amazing stay as usual. Thank you so much! "The lobby of the building mislead the conditions of the room. Rooms were small the bed was lumpy, and when sleeping if someone turned on a pipe you would hear them knocking. We could not sleep. Plus they put a 200 damage deposit hold on my credit card. Not sure what their is to damage the entire place needs to be gutted "

"The hotel is clean and the staff friendly, however my devices could not connect (cast)to the TV despite the mechanical staff coming to the room to assist. It was frustrating with both my son and I watching shows on our phones. Not ideal"

"Clean room and property, breakfast is good, our room with 2 queen beds had lots or extra room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The connected hotel can make parking difficult when they are busy as parking is limited. However parking is available behind the hotel next to the fast food places. I stayed many times at this hotel and has always enjoyed the stay. "

"This is second stay at this property in a very short time. The beds are so comfortable and the property is clean. They are renovating the second floor although besides the boxes you see stacked up in the lobby area you would hardly know it as they don’t do repairs into the evening or overnight. The pool was smaller but clean and the kids loved that. The breakfast is a basic continental but well stocked and clean with ample seating. The staff were super friendly. Thank you. ...
