Not a happy camper

The room was musty and air conditioner smelled. There was pait peeling off the bathroom ceiling and looks like they painted over mold. The furniture was old and in disrepair, however the bed was clean and after 15 hrs on the road and exhausted it was the only choice there was.

The receptionist could not have been nicer or more welcoming and the restaurant next door was great. BUT the room was musty and damp which is a deal breaker for me. I would not stay there again.

Overall the hotel was ok. We had to get our key cards reprogrammed every day. On the first morning I tried their make your own waffles and they tasted like spoiled milk. I did not try them again. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The room was clean. Way better than expected. The only issue we had was with the door. The key card worked but the door was jammed. Staff was very prompt in helping with this situation and even offered us another room. That was not needed since we were staying for one night. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is so out dated!!! It needs a “MAJOR” renovation to bring it up to the “21st CENTURY”!!! The location is very quiet and serene. The access to major thoroughfares and shopping is Excellent. The facility, it’s self, is “OLD & OUTDATED”😕!!!

Dirty, hairy bathroom

The bathroom was filthy. There was hair and scum and dirt everywhere. Marsha tried her best by offering us another room (that was worse than the first. We ended up cleaning the bathroom ourselves after Marsha gave us supplies and she discounted the room by $25. After driving all day, we were looking forward to resting in a nice clean room.

Bed linen was not changed. 1 of 2 beds in room had hair and food crumbs on the sheets when I pulled back the cover. Had to kill 2 roaches. Besides the dirty bed linen, the hotel is about the same as others in the price range around the area. Easy checkin. Felt safe.
