"Nos encanto quedarnos en esta propiedad. Nos encantó la limpieza y el gran espacio que tiene. El area super lindo, tranquilo y cerca a muchisimos lugares que deseamos visitar. El unico inconveniente fue que nos demoraron para entrar al apartamento porque la bateria de el keypad que abre la puerta estaba baja y no se pudo abrir pero enviaron un tecnico inmediatamente.
La comunicacion con el host fue muy buena desde el principio. Recomendado👍"

"My stay here was unfortunately very disappointing. On the first day, there was a gas leak on Sunday, and I was told it couldn’t be fixed that day because of the weekend — but no one ever came to fix it afterward, which made it impossible to use the stove during my entire stay.
On top of that, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks got clogged, and one of the electrical outlets actually melted while I had the heater plugged in.

"I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!"

"Check in took 30 minutes as the staff were not efficient nor attentive to the 5 clients awaiting checkin. They were busy doing other paperwork. This was around 9pm.
Breakfast did not have a "made to order" option, and many of the dishes were empty or close to empty. Waiters did not attend to the clients. This was at 8am.
The room itself was very nice, I had the King suite, two free waters and a plate of free desserts welcomed me upon entering my room.
I have stayed here and at the nearby...

"The rooms were clean enough. The bathroom sink in our room didn't have a cover so whole brushing your teeth, you could literally smell the odor.
We only stayed there for a few hours to catch a red-eye flight to Panama but the staff was really friendly and professional.
I didn't realize that the location was literally in the heart of downtown Callao- compared to a Miraflores or Barranco, it's not the most ideal location but for the price we paid I guess I can't complain."
