"We had the two bedroom apartment for four nights.
The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the old part of the city. A main tram stop (Homme de Fer) is a very short walk away.
The apartment was spacious and clean. It was generally well equipped, with some minor omissions in the kitchen (no spatula, no serving spoon, no small plates, hardly any washing up liquid provided, no soap powder for the washing machine, I had to ask for a chopping board), Little things, but they were kind of irritating.
The staff were helpful and responsive.
The main problem with this otherwise very good apartment is its location in the building. It is on the ground floor with the entry door directly opposite the hotel breakfast room. Despite this, it is generally well soundproofed except for one notable exception. From about 7am to 9am every morning in either of the two bedrooms the sound of chairs being constantly dragged on the breakfast room floor was very audible. And as irritating as fingernails on a blackboard. This could be solved, I would think, by carpeting the breakfast room."
