"I love the property as I have stayed there before. The only reason that it got a bad rating from me is that I was not informed until we arrived, that the pool was out of order. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. Pavilion Hotel, as you really are clean and well located."

"Just stayed one night but it was a very nice hotel. Beautiful carved antique furniture in the bedroom and also a large collection of interesting antiques throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was good but if there had been fresh coffee it would have been better. Sachets of Nescafé is not my idea of coffee."
