A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

O banheiro precisa ser mais limpo, estava literalmente precisando de um cloro. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções de salgados porém a mesa de doces e bolos estava incrível e muito saborosa. A piscina estava suja e não tinha como entrar. A hidro também... Já fui em outro momento e não era assim, precisa rever e verificar o que está acontecendo...

O quarto era minúsculo. Tentei trocar e paga diferença lá na hora não tinha quartos disponíveis . Tinha barata morta . Chuveiro não funcionava direito e água do chuveirinho não esquentava. Cama bem desconfortável.

Hotel que vive mais do fato de ter sido um castelo. Acomodações modestas, louças do café da manhã no restaurante trincadas, hidromassagem no quarto com aspecto sujo... Até para usar o chuveiro (que era dentro da hidro) preferi usar chinelo de tão repugnante que era a hidromassagem. Na visita à parte destinada à festas do castelo foi informado que não era permitido tirar fotografias com câmeras, apenas com o celular... Isso é tão sem sentido e tão estúpido que nem cabe qualquer tentativa de entendimento. Piscina no hotel? Com uma área de terreno daquele tamanho, construir uma mini piscina no terraço do hotel é outra daquelas ideias que quem teve merecia ser despedido. Enfim, não fosse pela boa vontade da funcionária Paula, a experiência teria sido muito pior
