"Parking is easy, loads of spaces. Our room was huge, it was a shame there wasn’t a comfy chair to sit in, there was plenty of space for one. Comfy beds, a big tv and tea and coffee facilities were provided. It was an accessible room so the bathroom was huge with a shower. My only complaint was the noisy family upstairs, it was awful but there’s not much I could do about that. "On the hottest day of the summer the long walk up Steep Hill seemed never ending. It was worth it when we reached this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The communal areas were inviting and beautifully decorated. The stairs and corridors to the room were like a rabbit warren but spotless and classically decorated. The room was stunning, it looked so inviting. Beautiful bedding, lush carpet, thick blackout curtains, a couple of chairs, a side table and drink making...
