"We arrived in the morning by train and were greeted warmly by staff, who then allowed us you check in early. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. "

"Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend."

"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room.
But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go...

"the room was lovely, clean, fresh, we were in the accommodation including dogs, there was no dirty floors or smell. the bed was very comfy, and there was no outside noise, very nice.
the spa had lovely treatment areas, the pool was on the ground floor, and the spa was on the first floor, the toilet and changing rooms for women were on the first floor, so up stairs from the pool, so just a little awkward if you needed a wee while in the pool, but the over all experience of the facility was very...
