"Incredible stay with incredible staff. The Waldorf Astoria Helsinki knows how to make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!! So much so that I am considering applying for Amex credit card for Waldorf Astoria points!! Job well done! "

"Great facilities and studio apartment was nice. Kids bunk room was very small as in it only fit the bunks inside it and it was a bit tricky to do the after hours check in late at night when we were very tired and there was no staff. Would recommend arriving when there is staff at the office. "
