The staff was very friendly and was always ready to help us. The room was very clean and elegantly furnished. The bed was very welcoming to a tiresome journey. The breakfast was ample and heart filling and at the right price. Overall loves the place.

Leider konnte ich das Hotel nicht erreichen, da aufgrund von Karneval die Straßen zum Hotel gesperrt waren. Habe das dem Hotel geschrieben ... keine Antwort. Zumindest ein Hinweis wäre nützlich gewesen, dann hätte ich meinen Aufenthalt verlegt. So konnte ich das Zimmer nicht nutzen. So habe ich mich spät Abends frustriert wieder auf den Heimweg gemacht.( 520 km )

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren nicht richtig sauber. Ferner wurde schon länger nicht Staub geputzt und die Toilette war auch nicht richtig gereinigt. Trotz allem war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Das Hotel war schon sehr alt, aber hatte seinen Charme. Die Zimmer sind modernisiert, aber leider nicht richtig sauber. Das ist sehr schade. Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt ist es völlig okay.

Wir hätten sehr gerne einen Wasserkocher für Tee und für unsere Wärmeflasche gehabt. Ansonsten war alles im Hotel wunderbar! Sehr schöne große saubere Zimmer und ein leckeres Frühstück in einem märchenhaften sehr hohen großen Zimmer. Vielen lieben Dank!

Den Haupteingang muss man erstmal finden, er lag quasi hinter einem Sperrmüllberg. Dafür gibt es eine angenehme Überraschung drinnen, wo wir absolut nichts auszusetzen hatten. Das Personal ist total freundlich, Frühstück war auch wirklich toll. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten

Zimmer zum Parkplatz sind sehr ruhig, auch beim Zimmer unterm Dach im Juli angenehm kühl. wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer bekommen.

Ein etwas anderes Hotel. Bei der Anreise ist man von der Fassade und dem älteren Gebäude erstmal erschrocken. Als wir dann die steile Straße hinter dem Gebäude hochgefahren sind und dort den Parkplatz gefunden haben, kam man durch den Hintereingang zur Rezeption. Der Check-In war freundlich, das Zimmer war groß und ruhig. Interessant war die Einfassung der Zimmertür. Rund herum konnte man das Mauerwerk und Bauschaum entdecken. Und das, obwohl die Tür eher älter war. Ein optischer Mangel, der für Erheiterung gesorgt hat, uns aber nicht störte. Unangenehmer war die Fußbodenheizung im sehr kleinen Bad. Die lief im Frühjahr noch auf einer hohen Stufe, so daß man es kaum aushielt, ohne ins Schwitzen zu kommen. Das Hotel war für den Preis ok, aber wegen der nicht abstellbaren Heizung im Badezimmer würden wir nicht wieder dort nächtigen.

Séjour agréable dans un cadre fin XIXème siècle.

Séjour agréable. Les 2 bémols : la douche un peu compliquée à régler : trop chaude ou trop froide, elle a besoin d'être changée. Le parking extérieur, petit et complet, donc véhicule garé dans la rue. Je pense qu'une chambre côté "parking" serait plus calme, car il y a du passage... Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner qui mérite d'être pris sur place car il est varié et bien présenté, de plus, dans un décor ancien et authentique, de style Kaiserlich und Königlich.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Pforzheim, was jedoch recht praktisch ist, da es hier ruhiger ist und ein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Das Gebäude selbst ist schon etwas älter, jedoch noch gut gepflegt. Im Badezimmer sind die Armaturen etwas veraltet, aber noch gebrauchsfähig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und alles reichhaltig vorhanden. Rührei, Spiegelei und Bacon können auf Wunsch dazubestellt werden. Preis/Leistung ist somit super.

Nettes personal. Tolles flair - besonders das restaurant. Ein paar wenige einrichtungsgegenstände gehören ersetzt - sind abgegriffen. Teilweise neue badezimmereinrichtung. In anderen zimmern gehört der waschtisch ersetzt. Im grossen und ganzen gutes preis leistungsverhältnis.
