O quarto muito bom e limpo, os funcionários nota 1000, a comida boa, o que deixou a desejar a piscina edtava suja nos 3 dias que fiquei hospedado, descendo para piscina e entrando no bar existem ressaltos que para pessoas em cadeira de rodas é perigoso...é só colocar um cimento para não ter aquele obstáculo...a Internet todos os dias caia e não conectava mais...resolvendo isso nota 10.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitarbeiter waren alle außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Eingangstor zum Krüger Nationalpark und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wasser im Pool machte allerdings keinen guten Eindruck. Der Pool wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, dennoch war das Wasser nicht klar.

クルーガー国立公園のファラボルワゲート近くのリゾートホテルで、ロケーションは最高。インテリアはシンプル&モダン、設備・アメニティはベーシックだが、サービス・ホスピタリティは素晴らしい。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。早朝に出発するゲストが多いらしく、朝食用のクロワッサンサンド、ジュース、果物なども持ち帰り用に準備してくれるサービスもあり。 アジアのホテル滞在に慣れている方は、歯磨きセットとスリッパを持参されることをお勧めします。 ホテル内のレストランの食事も美味しくリーズナブル。ワインセレクションが今ひとつなので、生ビールを注文する方がベターかも。

Great hotel close to Phalaborwa gate

Lovely hotel- clean, comfortable and warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well presented with everything you need. The hotel is a stones throw from Phalaborwa gate which is a nice quiet gate to enter Kruger. The restaurant was really good and they provide a great packed breakfast if you want an early start in the park.

Great hotel, nice staff, right outside of the Kruger gate. The room is big, with good beds and bathroom. Nice restarurant. Good option to stay at north of the Kruger.
