"This is such a great spot and location. I have stayed here about 5 times since the fall. In that time, the small restaurant/bar on the first floor has been a lovely environment, but often lacking a number of items on the menu. Breakfast, on the other hand, is substantial and full - the breakfast is very good."

"I like the employee customer service really good appreciate it but the building on the floor smell like smoke bed couch everything was really stink, and we had to change the room at the same floor phone was OK. The floor still smells like cigarette."

"I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal."

"We stayed over the weekend for a wedding. Lovely hotel views, great breakfast, and ease of access were some of our most notable highlights. Hotel staff were friendly and exteremely helpful. Enrique and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and made our experience so much better. We had an amazing time and will be back again."

"Beautiful building. Shoes off…excellent breakfast. Library suite a bit stuffy, no control over temperature, no fan. EZ off street parking, quiet neighborhood."

"Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not...

"This hotel saved us from a god awful hotel we had booked prior. Staff was great, I booked it and within 20 minutes was in the lobby and they were ready for us and it was seamless. Staff was friendly, maid service was excellent. We even accidentally left some items out that should have been in the safe, but our room was cleaned up and nothing was taken. It was also very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing. We were very happy with our stay."

"Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view)."
