Taxis are readily available in front of our resort and the pricing is reasonable. considering that the center of Mui Ne is only 2 km from our resort, and the Bo Ke area of Mui Ne is just 5 minutes (3 km) away and can be reached with our complimentary shuttles at 17:00, 18:00, and 19:00 hours daily. Our breakfast buffet caters to travelers from 50 different countries and offers a large variety of meal options with over 50 different choices of hot and cold food, including fresh Vietnamese specialties, Asian cuisine, and Western dishes.

Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize that you had some difficulties with your room while here. However, we would like to respond to your comments. Every room in the resort has its own water heater that is controlled by a switch in the bathroom. If you turn the switch off, the red light adjacent to the switch will go off, as will the water heater. Had you called the front desk when you noticed that there was no hot water, we would have explained this to you. We are doing our best to help the environment by not using plastic in the resort. As you probably know, plastic waste in the ocean, much of which is washed down from dumpsites and from trash that is thrown along the road, is killing countless numbers of fish and finds its way into our food chain. The amount that you were charged for the broken bottle was only about USD $3.50, which is not an excessive amount of money.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung Ihres Aufenthaltes in unserem resort. Die erwähnten Kritikpunkte wurden zur Kenntnis genommen und soweit möglich schon behoben. Bzgl. der Entfernungen zu den Sanddünen vestehen wir nicht, was da nicht passte. Polizeikontrollen sind in Vietnam wie in allen Ländern üblich und Motorräder dürfen nur mit vietnamesischem Führerschein gefahren werden. Das ist hier nicht anders als in Deutschland, aber wenn Sie danach gefragt hätten bevor Sie ein Motorrad mieten hätten wir Sie auf jeden Fall auch darauf hingewiesen.
