"We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful stay overall. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed, and a lovely member of staff personally showed us to our room and explained the hotel’s facilities.
The hotel made my birthday extra special with a beautiful cake and fresh fruit platter waiting in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. We also received a complimentary late check-out, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed morning before leaving.
The only downside was breakfast. We arrived as soon as service opened, yet the hot buffet food was cold and dry. Unfortunately, I also found a hair in my latte. While the staff apologised, we were still charged in full and no gesture was made to address the experience.
Despite this disappointment, the outstanding service from the staff throughout the rest of our stay was second to none. We felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after, and we would happily return in the future."
