Excellent stay. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, there is always free coffee available and they also gave us free bottles of water. Fridays they have happy hour, three beers for room. Nice detail.

Excelente servicio desde que entras al check in y las instalaciones de primera, el servicio de cafetería excelente,la persona que atiende la comida excelente actitud de servicio,los felicito. Y el check out muy rápido y claro. Solo recomiendo tener botellas de agua purificada en las habitaciones. Saludos

No servía el elevador y me tocó 3er piso por escaleras. La cama estaba en pésimas condiciones, te hundías en el colchón de lo aguado. El personal todo bien, el desayuno bueno.

La joven recepcionista al ingresar aproximadamente a las 16:00 hs del domingo 10 de marzo fue muy indiferente, sin ánimos de atender y procesó todo mal. Nos hizo perder tiempo al llegar, no estaba disponible nuestra suite, nos asignó otra frente al ruido del elevador, donde además estaba sucia la bañera, nos cambió de nuevo a otra. Las llaves de acceso no las activó para el resto de la estancia. Al regresar al día siguiente tarde y por la noche estaban desactivadas las llaves y …otra molestia para bajar a recepción y activarlas por el resto de la estancia y al entrar a la habitación…¡sorpresa…otro problema! : no hicieron el aseo ni la limpieza a pesar de que no estaba colgado en la puerta el letrero de privacidad, estaba la basura todavía adentro… El gerente Marco Escobedo comprendió los (varios) problemas, mostró empatía y resolvió bien.

This hotel is dirty! I unfortunately stayed at this hotel the first room they tried to give me the smell of urine was unbearable. The second room they tried to give us the smell wasn’t as bad till I sat on the couch and noticed the couch cushion was wet with urine the smell was horrible. I took the cushion and gave it to the person working the front desck and told him to smell it and he confirmed it was urine. It was was 1am when we moved to a third room it was too late to be able to book at another hotel so we stayed in the 3 room that I must say was not clean either. The manager was no where to be found all weekend you would think they would have some type of manager to handle this type of situation. Don’t stay here!!

El hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones a comparación de otras opciones que consulte. Todo muy limpio y en excelente estado. Definitivamente es muy buena opción para regresar.
