Front desk personnel are also outstanding. Location very good and one street away from activity so much quieter than other nearby hotels. It's not a 5-star hotel so have reasonable expectations. "Habe die Buchung ausgedruckt, war oder bin noch in diesem Gebiet, habe nicht darauf geachtet, es passiert mir zum ersten mal, dass weder Adresse, noch eine Telefonnummer auf der Buchung zu finden war. Es konnte mir auch kein Thailänder in Amphor Phen sagen wo dieses Resort zu finden ist, somit musste meine Frau und ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen! Aber vielleicht bekomme ich ja das Geld zurück? Somit kann ich nur sagen eine schreckliche Erfahrung, über Sauberkeit oder sonstiges kann ich also...
