Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
Pros: Clean room, daily room service, great staff, great location. You're surrounded by lots of restaurant choices. Good for short stays. Cons: Bad mattress, needs a few more amenities, and I recommend seeking a room on a high floor away from the elevators.

Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. Supposedly we got the only room in the hotel that didn't have a TV that worked, which was frustrating as we had a toddler. Parking in Philly is always a pain but beyond that the hotel was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a bowling alley in the hotel and a cute bar and restaurant! Great stay for the price! 10/10 would recommend!

The location is great for sightseeing and the beds were comfortable. The hotel apparently has an arrangement with the adjacent parking structure and the $44 daily rate seems comparable to others nearby.
