Most everything I needed was provided in this clean and spacious room. It was ideally located for my purposes. Walking distance to parks, eateries, and an Aldi grocery store. The host was friendly, helpful and, most importantly, available. I highly recommend it!

My fiance and I had a comforting experience. The place was very clean and organized. It felt nice to come back to something that was relaxing after a day of site seeing. Communication was clear, fast, and thorough. I would love to stay here again one day.

Being from Philly but living a few states away has me excited to come back and stay here again. My wife and 2 kids really felt at home with this place and the roof top view was amazing. Communication with the host was easy and parking is available as well. Would love to come back a stay a few nights next time!

We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!

The space was perfect for our short, three night stay. Comfortable, quiet, and enough space for three. Having a garaged parking space was essential. It was fairly quick and easy to drive to downtown from the location. The hosts were responsive and helpful in providing instructions for check-in.

This space looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and parking was very easy. The area is safe and walkable. Only tip is to bring your own washcloth. They only stock hand and body towls.

Super nice property! Rooftop balcony was incredible! Good safe neighborhood. Parking was very easy and convenient. Incredible to get a private parking spot included for that price. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice kitchen. Everything you need with more room and more perks than a hotel! Highly recommend.

I Loved my stay here! I picked this location because it’s close to my family and I was flying in to visit, but after staying her I have fell in love with the pet friendly building so much that I have decided to apply to move here when my lease is up in Las Vegas!! The parking is so convenient and the rooftop is my favorite place ! I felt so at peace here and if you are a dog lover it’s the best place to make some new furry friends! Words can not describe this place you have to check it out yourself!

The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and a beautiful space overall. However, we did run into an issue with the hot water. The shower knobs take a little time to figure out, and we later learned from the host that the unit has a small water heater, which can run out quickly. When this happens, it can take up to 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. Since the space has two double beds and can accommodate multiple guests, this could be inconvenient if several people need to shower back-to-back. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely.

The location was good the loft it self was nice had a couple of issues the kitchen sink water would only come out of the spray handle some of the fixtures in the restroom were ready to break What I loved was that it had a washer and dryer that was a plus parking was a little sketchy under the complex but overall I would stay again
