The hotel in general, as well as the room and bed were clean. There were some plumbing issues with the toilet and the shower drain. Front desk people were so nice. Not sure why they charge you to park though.

Exton Hotel & Conference Center
The place is very dirty. There were crumbs on the floor in the room, and the shower was not properly cleaned. The elevator entrance was wet and stained with who knows what. I would say bring your own bed and sheets, or stay in your car (even better).
