"Breakfast menu is very limited. Cleaning services did not come when you ask them. Checked in with my name and checked out with different name. Staff blamed on Expedia which I know it's not true. "

"Breakfast was good. Waitress was hard working! Elevators were being renovated so we walked through the service area to get to the service elevator. Not the best view of the property. "

"Property was under construction. Furniture was as outdated. They gave us breakfast in a paper bag ( muffin, Apple and an egg sandwich). I forgot my toothbrush and they did not have any to provide so i had to order it from the CVS the next morning. Not a very pleasant experience. Staff were nice and helpful. "

"First day a cockroach charged at me wings out and everything. 5 minutes later we found an already dead cockroach. The next night we’re in bed falling asleep and a cockroach crawls on my boyfriend’s face, he kills this one too. We pack our stuff immediately and while we’re leaving we see a fourth cockroach running from the kitchen to under the couch. Plus two giant spiders in the corners of the room. Now I have a lump on my back that looks like a bite but I’m not sure from what. We left halfway...

"The place was clean and tidy, the AC was effective, and staff was friendly and helpful. However, the shower was lukewarm or even cold and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. "
