"Phenomenal staff and great value for the stay. It’s located in a safe and not so busy area of Houston and you’re able to get to downtown and other high volume areas relatively easy. As for the hotel, it’s clean, well maintained, and it’s got great people working there. They will ensure your stay is the best. The free breakfast is nice, I just wish there were waffles! Other than that, it’s a 10/10 stay. Much love yall!"

"This facility is in deplorable condition. It's so sad to have something with the name and the price offer such a terrible stay. Rooms are old, in dire need to have maintenance and replace whats needed. Poor staff is been set up for failure. They are awesome, apologized and offered solutions but it seemed that the other rooms were bad as well. I'm so disturbed by our whole stay I'm taking the time to write to corporate"
