"A la llegada todo bien, pero cuando entramos a la habitación, un cucaracho; ok, pasa, pero antes de ir a la cama al destenderla SORPRESA, muchos cucarachos entre las almohadas y las sábanas, en el baño, en el fregadero que había en la habitación y en las paredes, etc. Reportamos esto al personal del hotel y nos dijeron esto: ¡¡¡¡ES LA MEJOR HABITACIÓN QUE TENEMOS!!!!, si esto es así, ¿cómo están las otras habitaciones????? ¡¡¡¡¡EN POCAS PALABRAS, NO RECOMIENDO EL HOSPEDAJE EN ESTE HOTEL, ¡¡¡¡¡PARA NADA!!!!! QUALITY INN&SUITES BY CHOICE HOTELS; EN SAM HOUSTON ZONA DE WEST CHASE ES PESIMA LA HIGIENE Y EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS HABITACIONES, Y APARTE AL PARECER SE MOLESTARON LOS DE ADMINISTRACION, PORQUE LES RECALMÉ. "Great Hotel in nice area"

"I stay here for work every year because it's close to where I need to be. The staff are great but some things just don't change and the hardest thing about this location is the sound. If the person next to you happens to be loud or talk near the shared door, it's very disruptive, even with earplugs. Also the sound from the hallway is heard very loudly inside the room. In general I'm not sure why this hotels tends to have loud patrons but it has been an issue every year I visit."

"The room was OK. There was a big roach bug in the room that my husband had to kill. I wanted to switch rooms but we were late for a concert. That made me uneasy to be honest"

"Would love to give the property a higher rating but the last night we were there the bathroom clogged. No maintenance staff on duty so had to wait till next morning for someone to come in and fix the issue. Not comfortable at all spending a night in a room without a working bathroom. Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. False alarm which was good but again an inconvenience"
