"Very nice place to stay"

"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."

"The place was terrible. Only the night guy was great. The morning and afternoon crew were horrible. Room had cockroaches and I told him to clean the room every single day but they did not. It smell like maneuver."

"Well I can't give a real review of this property. Upon arrival once someone finally came to the front desk, about 5 minutes after arriving, he seemed unsure of how to look up information and what to do. He never found the reservation and suggested that I should not use services like Expedia because they just try to cheat you out of money. Anyway, I was not given a room. After about an hour of messages back and forth with the automated system a person finally called. This person was helpful from...

"Llegamos minutos para 12:am muy cansados ,La habitacion huele a viejo, El cubre colchón estaba manchado la colcha tanbien tenia mancha en medio. Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles"

"6 dollars for an energy drink is too much. But also, no coffee pot in the room is upsetting. The hotel is nice but it's missing things that are a big deal. Not only was the energy drink six dollars but it was smaller than normal. So I feel cheated and that's the kind of thing that makes a heavy traveler not stay at this hotel again. I want consistency and coffee in the morning is important. You're losing more than what you think you're saving. Just saying."

"Un hotel realmente muy cómodo, limpio, la atención del personal fue muy agradable. La piscina muy organizada y limpia. Los utensilios de cocina muy útiles si deseas comer en la habitación. No utilice el servicio del desayuno pero también lo ofrecen. Lo recomiendo."

"Had a fantastic stay close to everything that I needed was visiting family and it was a mile away from their house. Also, when we got tired of eating out, it was able to cook or make a little steak on her own and we also met great friendships with others that were staying in the hotel and had an awesome time not to mention the breakfast was great in the mornings. Of course the weather was hot as Texas, but the pool did help in the afternoon evening. We hung out by the pool got some sun met....
