"The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

"The hotel was more dated than other Marriott hotels I have stayed in. Our carpet in our room was patched, and the couch appeared to have been damaged by a cat causing a hole in the armrest. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a blinking light in our room, and the light bulb was promptly changed to solve the problem. The breakfast was fresh. The location was great for our needs. Hopefully, the hotel will be able to update the rooms in the future."
