"PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE "

"Great stay! The only thing that I did not particularly enjoy was the first full night I was there, the power went out for an hour. I went out and noticed it was out in the entire hotel and tried calling the front desk and checked my email to see if maybe they sent a notification on when they expected it to turn back on. But I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone nor did we get any updates. Luckily, it was only an hour but it was a bit scary being there alone and not knowing when it would turn back...

"The experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were extremely humid, and upon entering, you were immediately greeted by the bathroom’s sink. I could even feel the springs in the mattress. This place is not recommended for families."

"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Adequate breakfasts. Clean rooms but AC were extremely noisy. Neighborhood is okay, close to Chinatown and Little Saigon."
