"Stained and dirty carpets. Dusty windows and curtains. I asked for a different room in the first day , but the staff was rude and didn’t give one. The key card reader was not working and the manager was saying that was our problem , but even he couldn’t open with the master key, and finally he has to open the room with a screw driver. All the doors from outside entry were wide open. No key card needed to enter the hotel even in the midnight. No security at all . Broken elevator buttons . I will Never choose Choice group hotels in the future.."

"When I arrived it was raining the hotel worker blocked the driveway so I couldn’t park out of the rain. He stopped in the middle of the parking space to tell me he was not moving up. He checked us in, it’s my husband’s birthday we live in Willis Tx an hour away. I paid with my Affirm card the attendant asked me for more money. I protested letting him know I paid in full he stated he needs $40 or he can just cancel it. Well I gave him $40 and got my key and went to eat. When we returned went up to our room the key didn’t work. When we were returning to the room we noticed the condition of the hotel. It was terrible, I was embarrassed at our surroundings. It smelled terrible , it was dirty and there were people hanging around. The front lobby is not what the picture looked like. The room was dirty the beds were horrible. I took pictured this place should be condemned. It is not fit to be called a hotel. We checked in at 3:00 pm and we checked out at 6:00 pm. The bed was so nasty the carpet was dirty and nasty. Our microwave did not work our frig didn’t work. We went back home oh my God. I’m so glad my husband had a wonderful meal and great drinks at dinner. Because our trip was a disaster. Don’t come to this place at all."

"Horrible hotel, horrible staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in room, one set of towels and dirty!!! Asked for a new room or willing to pay for upgrade and told nothing available. Checked out after 20 mins, was told we’d get a full refund. That never happened. Called after a week to check on refund and was told they will not refund us. HORRIBLE hotel all around. Disgusting!"

"We traveled to Houston on a BaeCation and decided to stay here due to it's location. Upon our arrival we were met by Sury at the front desk shw was very informative and gave us a run down on all the amenities. She also advised that the elevators were out of service with no ETA on when it would be repaired. We didnt think much of it considering we were just on the second floor. It became apparent that there waa renovations happening with boxes of flooring in the downstairs hallways. This was later confirmed with the banging that woke us up the next morning. We visited the hotel bar and I must say thar Deja, the bartender, waa awesome and makes great cocktails. We were chatting it up as od we've known each other for ever. She waa very personable and shared that she's been a bartender at the hotel for around 2 years. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. We did experience one additional mishap during our last night. The bathroom sink handle broke and the water would not shut off. Although this caused a minor inconvenience, I must say the maintenance staff handled it IMMEDIATELY and for that we were grateful. We understand things happen but the response to those things are important. We will definitely visit again."

"When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay."
