"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."

"Well I can't give a real review of this property. Upon arrival once someone finally came to the front desk, about 5 minutes after arriving, he seemed unsure of how to look up information and what to do. He never found the reservation and suggested that I should not use services like Expedia because they just try to cheat you out of money. Anyway, I was not given a room. "Llegamos minutos para 12:am muy cansados ,La habitacion huele a viejo, El cubre colchón estaba manchado la colcha tanbien tenia mancha en medio. Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles"

"Horrible hotel, horrible staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in room, one set of towels and dirty!!! Asked for a new room or willing to pay for upgrade and told nothing available. Checked out after 20 mins, was told we’d get a full refund. That never happened. Called after a week to check on refund and was told they will not refund us. HORRIBLE hotel all around. Disgusting!"
